While her time there she studied with master teachers such as, Karin Stephan, Larissa Carlson, and Janel Norton. She is a teacher that enjoys hot power flows but also likes gentle and restorative flows when the body calls for it. Yoga has taught her the discipline of living a healthier and more mindful life through the physical and mental benefits that come with practicing yoga. She loves yoga and the enlightenment it has to offer so much that she is honored to share her journey and help others to their state of bliss. Rain was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She moved here recently with her boyfriend who is a Marine and is learning to love the cold weather and scenery that North Carolina has to offer. When she is not on her mat she is either outdoors with her Labrador mix puppy or traveling the world.
