Yoga brings our mind and our body back to our most natural state (the state WE ARE meant to be). Yoga is "unioning" the mind with the body by focusing on conscious breath and pursuing mental clarity. Our yoga postures we express during our yoga practice help the body to promote balance and overall flexibility and strength. Our conscious breathing will exercise our minds to help us control our emotions, boost self-esteem and self-love, and help us to live healthier, happier lives. Nick has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for over 5 years now. Nick is familiar with many styles of traditional yoga and will teach accessible ways for everyone to experience this enlightening challenge we call YOGA.
